Last day in Napa on 27th July saw us going to an organic winery, Benzigers, where we did a little tour on a tram around the vineyards and the insectary, where they plant things to attract beneficial bugs and deter the nasty ones, without pesticides. Clever, huh?
Then we headed to Sonoma for lunch, a lovely historical town which I found prettier than Napa. we visited the mission here and had a history lesson from Kate and Nick about the Spanish history in America.
We ended our stay with bbq ribs on the terrace and a hot tub!
Next day we headed out for Santa Cruz!
